Maggie was our agent when we were selling our beach home. She constantly kept me informed throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive to emails and texts, including evenings and weekends. What I liked the most about Maggie was her desire to get top dollar and not just make a quick and easy sale. Two other realtors said they would sell the house for $599k. Maggie suggested $639k. I wasn't in a huge hurry to sell so I suggested $679k and she said "Sure! We will get immediate feedback if we are way off." Well, after 1 afternoon of showings, we got full asking price. Selling a home can be very stressful. Maggie seemed to have made much of that stress disappear. I HIGHLY recommend Maggie (and Blake) for selling your home!
