In order to start officially conducting real estate business as a Lime Rock Realty affiliated broker, you will need to complete the following:

1. Sign Lime Rock Realty agency agreement & submit affiliation forms to the NCREC.

2. Schedule professional headshots.

3. Update email signature line to include license number, Lime Rock Realty logo, website, and a link to the NCREC Working With Real Estate Agents form.

4. Update social media profiles to include licensure and firm information. See our Social Media Policy for more information about clearly displaying your firm information in all real estate related material.

5. Update your voicemail greeting.

6. Create/update agent profile on Realtor.com and Zillow.

7. Register with your local Realtor association & complete necessary steps to becoming a REALTOR and gaining MLS access.

8. Submit professional biography to Lime Rock Realty for website and printed publications.

9. Order business cards and other branded materials (ie. yard signs) to help you jumpstart your career.

10. Sign up for Brivity Academy to learn about our website and CRM.

11. Start Lime Rock Academy training to ensure you are making the most out of your new role and new career opportunities.

12. Spread the word about your new career to friends, family, and other connections so you can hit the ground running with immediate leads and prospective business.
